Age Restriction

It is against the law for any person under the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy intoxicating liquor or for any person over the age of 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating liquor for any person under the age of 18. By placing an order on this site you hereby confirm that you are the recipient of the product and are at least 18 years old. You may be required to produce some form of ID at the point of delivery.

Conditions of Sale

The contract between you and us is only be formed on the despatch of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we are unable to accept your order. We will try our best to make sure that your product choice is available, however should this not be the case we will contact you to inform you and suggest an alternative product. A refund will be provided if payment has already been taken.

Delivery

Our standard delivery is offered at 3-5 working days from receipt of order. Standard delivery is offered free for orders over £100. Express delivery is available at an extra charge. Some are areas of Scotland are charged at a higher rate, including Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. We will contact you should your order require any additional charges from those quoted at checkout. We use UPS, FedEx and APC as our main couriers and their terms and conditions are applied for any dispute resolution.

Cancellation

Goods being cancelled must be done so within 14 days of receipt. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing. You should return the goods to us at your cost and a full refund will be made within 30 days of the return receipt.

Returns
You may return or exchange products within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to the goods and the cost of the delivery. The goods should be returned to us in their original packaging, unopened and unspoiled.

Quality

If you do not enjoy our product or you suspect that they may be faulty please contact us using one of the methods in the “Contact Us” section.

If you receive a Product that is damaged or faulty, we will replace, refund, or recommend an alternative product. We will arrange collection of the faulty product for inspection before issuing any replacement or refund.

Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is Sage Pay’s utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way.

Sage Pay uses a range secure method such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.

Sage Pay is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable. Sage Pay is an active member of the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) that defines card industry global regulation
